In 2011, Team TOC brought the UCI BMX Supercross to the Netherlands. Between 2011 and 2017 we have organised this BMX World Cup race – that only has 5 editions worldwide – at our own expense and risk. In 2013, we expanded the event with the Papendal Bike Event.

The UCI BMX Supercross was new in the Netherlands in 2011. In close collaboration with Hotel and Congress Center and National Sports Centre Papendal we have become a classic on the events calendar: all top-class athletes found their way to Papendal .

After the 2012 edition, we gradually started to expand the event in 2013: the Papendal Bike Event. In 2013 we had already created a fully-fledged event with – in addition to the UCI BMX Supercross – the MTB Eliminator National Championships, the MTB Team Relay National Championships, the Gert Jakobs Classic and all kinds of smaller events aimed mainly at children.
