In 2000 Team TOC was involved in organizing the Cyclo-cross World Championships for the first time. From that moment on we stayed connected to the impressive Cyclo-cross sport, in both the Netherlands and abroad.

Louisville 2013

A slight sense of panic at the UCI: eight weeks prior to the start of the 2013 Cyclo-Cross World Championships in the American city of Louisville, the agreement with the promoter had to be terminated. The UCI approached us to look after the World Championships on their behalf and that of USA Cycling.

Together with the people of USA Cycling and the Louisville Sports Commission we managed to define the broad outline of TV production, accreditation, media, transport, ticket sales and track in eight weeks’ time. A hell of a job, but we succeeded!

Bieles 2017

In 2017 Team TOC was asked by the local organizing committee of the 2017 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships in Bieles, Luxembourg to support and advise them during the preparations and at the World Championships itself.

Once a month we took a small road trip to Luxembourg to catch up with the local organization, attend meetings and making progress towards the event. In addition we were also responsible for hospitality, communication and sponsoring in the Netherlands and Belgium.
